Front Row was built with integration in mind. The whole system was built with open source API’s which allows either the client or Front Row IT to integrate into the system of choice. Integrations can be “ one way” from Front Row to another system, “two way” from Front Row to another system and from another system back to Front Row, or “multi directional” information flows to several systems and back again.
Front Row has distinguished itself by becoming the Front End of some not so mobile user friendly CRM and ERP systems including Sales Force, Sugar, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics and many more. In addition Front Row has been integrated into many different financial and visualization systems.
Integrate or Stand Alone the choice is yours!
Front Row was built with integration in mind. The whole system was built with open source API’s which allows either the client or Front Row IT to integrate into the system of choice. Integrations can be “ one way” from the app to another system, “two way” from the app to another system and from another system back to the app, or “multi directional” information flows to several systems and back again. All data is transferred back to the company at their request and through whatever method is preferred by them.
The data is owned by the client at all times . All data is stored in the cloud through data centres at Gear Host and Micro Soft Azure.
A company starts by creating a set or sets of questions. These questions could be focused on gathering competitive information, reporting on laboratory capability, doing a survey, canvasing from door to door, doing sales reports, identifying merchandising information etc. There are many different types of questions available to the company including, multiple choice, multiple answer, yes/no, true/false, numeric, alpha numeric, sliding scale, calendar, net promotion score, and free text. These questions are usually answered immediately after a client interaction by the mobile workers. Front Row takes these sets of questions along with an assignment or client list and loads them onto the mobile workers cell phone or tablet. The mobile worker opens the Front Row app by the use of a private and secure password and answers the questions relevant to that client interaction. Typically the reporting takes less that 60 seconds but is determined by the number of questions that need to be answered.
Within seconds of the mobile worker sending the report or form from their mobile device the information hits the Front Row servers and populates the data bases, dashboards and analytics particular to that company’s needs.
Once a contract is signed Front Row will send the client an IRC (Implementation Requirement Checklist ) and a document on how to create your sets of questions.
The IRC includes directions for the information that is required to get the system up and running. The information required is the names of all the users with emails and who they report to. In addition a mobile worker assignment or client list is helpful but not critical. ( many companies we work with did not have a client list when they got started, they used Front Row’s “create new client “ feature to create a company owned client list.
Front Row works with the client to create sets of questions which is the core of how the Front Row system works. Changes, additions or edits to the questions can be made at any time and there is no additional charges for these changes.
Typical start up time is two to three weeks. Once the client gives us the information from the IRC and a set of questions we can have a completed system for launch in 1 week.
Initial mobile worker training is usually done through a web meeting and takes about an hour. Before training occurs information about the system and directions on how to load the app onto their mobile device is sent to all users. The information that is sent includes some basic instruction on how to use the system and app and very often we see many new users start using the system before training occurs. The app also includes a help button that explains all the features as well as a direct connection to our support department. Additional training can occur on a one to one bases for new users or at any time by contacting the support department and setting up a training meeting. Face to face training is also available and is easily scheduled to coincide with sales meetings if preferred.
1. What is the Pricing
The pricing ranges from 25.00 per user to 75.00 per user per month. The pricing variance is dependent on the number of questions you include in your form, your survey or your report .
This monthly pricing includes all user training both initially and as required, all management training, unlimited number of question changes in the app , routine data uploads, assignment changes and 24 hour support service. Monthly billing is calculated by totaling the number of users on the system that month.
This pricing is based on a one year contract but includes a 30 day no fault cancellation. If you don’t agree that Front Row is the best mobile data and information collection service and that it isn’t making a difference for your company you can cancel any time. (see “how it works” for more insight into the questions and the system
2. Is there an upfront fee.
Yes there is an upfront fee. This fee is calculated by the number of users going onto the system and ranges between 100.00 dollars and 500.00 dollars per user.
Up front fee is based on the following parameters
- the size and complexity of the on-boarding client data base.( we have created custom middle ware to make this on-boarding easy regardless of how mangled your data base is.
- the complexity of the user hierarchy, (territories, districts, regions, teams, sections, countries, states, etc.)
- the number and types of custom reports. We have our own reports and dashboards which is included at no additional charge but some companies may want some very specific reports and analytics
