Increased Sales Productivity for Pharma Company
Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the World. They were having issues with their mobile workers not entering call reports and therefore key client information was not getting back to Marketing and Sales Management. In fact, their mobile workers were averaging less than 3% call report completion. Head office was getting virtually zero field information.
Part of the problem was that their current CRM did not have the mobile functionality or ease of use that would allow a mobile worker to quickly review, edit, expand on, and submit information from the field.
They were looking for an app based solution that would allow their mobile workers to review a previous submitted form, edit and update that form and resubmit that form in less than 60 seconds.
Front Row’s Solution
Frontrow provided that solution through a customized app that met every one of those criteria (In fact provided a tool that enabled the mobile worker to complete their form update in less
than30 seconds). In addition Front Row provided a customized dashboard with company specific reports and analytics AND integrated their app and solution into the companies legacy CRM system. After the first month mobile worker compliance was at 100% and after 3 months the Front Row app and system was introduce to two other divisions of the company.
